If deadline - delete print proof spiel if not a big doc/needed

The client needed this one for <insert date as reminder>. If you could please provide a print proof tomorrow before sending it to print so we can review everything, that would be great.

If not a deadline - delete if not needed

If you could please give me a rough ETA, that would be great.

If not being delivered to us/this is normally confirmed with printer prior as may be an extra cost - delete if not needed

The client has requested this to be dropped directly to them if possible. Their address is <insert contact details + client address>.

Please let me know if you run into any issues with the artwork files.

<sign off – eg Looking forward to hearing from you.>
