(DUE FRI XX/XX) INFO REQUEST > <insert job type/campaign name>
Body Text
Hi XXX,
<nice greeting – eg Hope you’ve been having a great day.>
To get started on your <insert job or campaign name>, can we please get the following from you first:
- List items clearly + with any extra info that would help, without writing extra words for no reason – eg don’t just say “Images” (help them to easily give you what you need, without overwhelming them with too much text/info)
To reach your deadline, if you can please supply this first part by XXX.
<delete this second list if not needed>
As a heads up, to finish this one off – we’ll also need these:
- List other things that aren’t needed right at the beginning, so they can focus just on what you need now – but they also know what else will be required
To finish on time, if you can please supply the rest by XXX.
<sign off – eg Any questions, please let me know.>
Before you send!
- Check info already supplied – emails from client/team, JOB BRIEF task, job folder
- Send first info request as new email – not a trail
