“We used Rebel to write an office manager job up for us, along with a couple of tech roles, that we posted on Seek. These are very different from what we would have written – they’ve still got all the technical specs that we wanted in there, but Rebel put a completely different spin on it to attract a new audience that we potentially may have missed. “With a custom animated recruitment video and a Meta ad, we tried something different – and the results were interesting. The custom animated video gave us more control over the messaging and final product – and was something different to how others are recruiting in the region at the moment. It’s a tough market out there at the moment – out of 1466 clicks on our ad, we got 28 applications. Would have loved to have had more – but it’s better than what we were getting previously. Out of those 28, we hired 13 – which is a much better strike rate than what we have been getting from other application sources.”
